ArmOrgGas is a leader in gas safety and management, serving the Republic of Armenia since 1976. Our core mission is to ensure the safety of residents, our employees, and our clients’ personnel. We are committed to the efficient and secure use of gas, providing precise consumption records, and conducting detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses of both natural and liquid gas.<\/span><\/p>

We have a long history of close collaboration with key organizations, including the Republic of Armenia (RA) Energy Ministry<\/b>, Gazprom Armenia CJSC<\/b>, the RA State Standardization and Certification Administration<\/b>, and numerous local and international partners. Our international network includes prominent firms such as Gaz de France<\/b>, Schlumberger \u2013 France<\/b>, Itron (Actaris)<\/b>, Rombach \u2013 Germany<\/b>, and Elster-Germany<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>

Our History<\/span><\/h3>

  • 1976:<\/b> Established as the ArmOrgGas Administration by Decision No. 721 of the Armenia SSR Ministers Council.<\/p><\/li>

  • 1983:<\/b> Formed experimental contract teams to expand our services.<\/p><\/li>

  • 1987:<\/b> Began undertaking mounting and inspection activities through contracted teams.<\/p><\/li>

  • 1990:<\/b> Integrated these teams as permanent employees.<\/p><\/li>

  • 1993:<\/b> Merged with the RA Energy Ministry as a specialized experimental enterprise.<\/p><\/li>

  • 1994:<\/b> Registered as ArmOrgGas Closed Joint Stock Company in the State Register of the Republic of Armenia.<\/p><\/li>

  • 1996:<\/b> Privatized through a successful employee share redemption program.<\/p><\/li>

  • 1997:<\/b> Renamed to ArmOrgGas Specialized Enterprise \u2013 Close Joint Stock Company.<\/p><\/li>

  • Exclusive representative of Schlumberger-Itron (Actaris) <\/b>in <\/span>the Republic of Armenia<\/span><\/div><\/li><\/ul>
